Returns Policy

TERMS OF RETURN

For goods purchased on this website you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you receive your items. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns unless they are due to a fault of ours. Please contact customer care before returning faulty or wrong pieces. Please note that it is not possible to return Capsule Eleven items to PO boxes.

Follow the procedure below if you wish to return/exchange an order:
1. Contact our customer services and we will provide you with details of where to return.
2. Make sure to pack the jewellery safely and in its original box and packaging. 
You must return the items directly to Capsule Eleven and not to return items to other vendors of Capsule Eleven. 

Your products should be returned in their original packaging and to be unused aside from trying them on. If your jewellery looks worn or is broken other than a stated manufacturing fault, you will lose the right to return the products. If the return is an error from Capsule Eleven that is the only condition on which we will bear the costs of the return. In this case please contact our customer service and we will arrange reimbursing you for shipping as well as the value of the goods.
Our return policy does not affect your statutory rights.


REFUND

We are only able to refund the amount to the credit card or PayPal account that was used to place the order. We will send the refund once we have seen proof that the item has been returned to us. We cannot unfortunately refund the customs or VAT charges for orders sent to destinations outside the EU.


RIGHT TO CLAIM COMPENSATION

If your jewellery breaks due to a fault in the production, you have the right to claim compensation within a year from the date of purchase. You would need to provide proof of the date of purchase. If you are able to provide such proof, you will receive a new piece. Please contact our customer service via email stating your order number, description and photo of the damage
If you have any questions on the repairs or functionality of the product, please reach out to the customer service and we will do our best to help you.
If the damage is caused through your own fault, you should take your jewellery to your local goldsmith or jeweller for repair.
We reserve the right to decline unreasonable repairs, returns and exchanges if they do not meet our requirements.
